Description of service
SilverGecko provides SEO audit and analysis tools. We offer both free tools (SEO audits, SERP preview, schema generator, meta generator) and token-based AI-powered features (pSEO analyzer, UGC analyzer, content analyzer).
Accounts
You may use some features without an account. For full functionality, you'll need to create an account.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Don't share your password or let others access your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Token purchases
Tokens are non-refundable except within 14 days of purchase for unused tokens.
Tokens don't expire. Purchased tokens remain in your account until used.
Token prices may change, but purchased tokens retain their value.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our tools
- Overload our servers with excessive requests
- Scrape or automate access without permission
- Resell access to our services without authorization
Intellectual property
SilverGecko and its tools are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of any content you analyze through our service. We claim no rights to the URLs or websites you audit.
Disclaimer
Our SEO recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees. Search engine rankings depend on many factors beyond our control.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We're not liable for any damages arising from use of our service.
Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify users of significant changes via email.
